How to book your Bupa session:

Request Authorisation: Call Bupa to get your Pre-authorisation Code.

Complete Registration: Once your code is ready, Book Online. You will receive a mandatory registration form via email; this must be completed before your arrival so we can process your direct billing.

Important Note on Bupa Shockwave: Bupa typically authorises Radial Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) only under Physiotherapy or Osteopathy benefits. While Dan Tomassi provides specialist Chiropractic care, Shockwave treatment for Bupa members is currently managed by our Physio and Osteo teams to ensure policy compliance.

Important: Patient Responsibility & Liability

While Bodytonic Clinic is happy to assist with direct billing for Bupa, the ultimate responsibility for payment rests with the patient.

Registration Form Requirement: To facilitate direct billing, you must complete our online registration form prior to your appointment. Without this form, we cannot bill Bupa, and you will be required to pay the full private rate at the time of your session.
Authorisation is Your Responsibility: You must ensure your treatment is authorised before your session. If Bupa refuses to pay for any reason (inactive policy, reached session limits, etc.), you will be personally liable for the full cost at our standard rates.
Policy Excess & Shortfalls: Any policy excess or “cost-share” elements must be settled by you directly at the clinic.
Late Cancellations: Bupa does not cover late cancellation fees. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged to you personally at our private clinic rate.
