Choosing the right Treatment
When taking calls and e-mail enquiries from patients we are frequently asked about which treatment is best for them, and whether they are best suited for an osteopathy and/or massage treatment.
With most complimentary alternative medicines (CAM) or physical therapies (PT) there are many overlaps so we understand the need to ask for advice so that you are getting the best and most appropriate treatment.
If you are still uncertain, then we would advise you get in touch with us in the first instance; give us a call, send us an e-mail or have a chat with us via our online instant message platform. Our therapists and staff are trained to answer questions that you may have. One of our therapists will be happy to give you a call back to discuss your needs should they be available in the first instance.
If you have not visited bodytonic clinic before, or have not had a treatment with us before, then we take a look at our brief overview of the services we offer, and which ones may suit you.
In most cases we would recommend booking an osteopathy appointment first if you:
- have an acute or chronic injury that has not been examined or treated before.

- have other symptoms such as pins and needles, numbness.
In most cases we would recommend booking a massage appointment first if you:

- are looking to reduce stress or tension.
