Using Your Westfield Health Insurance at Bodytonic Clinic

Bodytonic Clinic operates on a Self-Pay basis for Westfield Health members. Because Westfield Health is a Health Cash Plan, you settle your account at the time of your appointment and then submit your receipt to Westfield to claim your money back.

To facilitate your claim, we provide a Specialist Insurance Receipt via email immediately after your treatment. This document includes all the mandatory information Westfield Health requires to process your reimbursement:

Westfield Health offers various levels of cover (Levels 1–5). To avoid any disappointment or declined claims, we strongly advise you to check the following with Westfield directly:

Policy Eligibility: Does your specific level of cover include Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, or Chiropractic?
Benefit Limits: What is your remaining annual allowance for “Therapy Treatments”? Most plans have a combined annual limit for these services.
Reimbursement Percentage: Does your plan reimburse 100% of the cost, or a set percentage (e.g., 50% or 75%) up to your limit?
Exclusions: Ensure your plan does not exclude treatments for “pre-existing conditions” if applicable.

Attend & Settle: Book your session in SE16 or E20. All sessions are paid for at the clinic via card or contactless at the end of your appointment.

This depends on your level of cover. While we provide the necessary receipts, Westfield will only reimburse you up to your specific annual “Therapy Treatments” limit. Please check your policy levels before your visit.

Do I need a GP referral?

For most Westfield Health Cash Plans, a GP referral is not required to claim for Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, or Chiropractic. You can simply book directly with us and reclaim the cost.

Are you located near Canary Wharf?
