Using Vitality Health Insurance and would like it to pay for Osteopathy and Massage treatments, then bodytonic clinic can help.

• Do I have to visit my Vitality Login before I book an appointment?

Sometimes you will need pre authorisation, but simply check with Vitality Online or call yourVitality Contact.

• Do I have to contact Vitality UK before I attend my appointment?

Usually if you are not on a cash plan you would need to gain your Membership and Authorisation number first?

• Do I have to contact Vitality Health Insurance Claims before I book?

Cash plans you would be able to pay for your treatment in clinic and then claim the costs back from the Vitality life.

• What Vitality Life Insurance numbers do I need to bring to my appointment?

Your Membership and Authorisation details. Each claim/ authorisation code required from your insurer can only be used once against each appointment, per day. If you require multiple areas of treatment, your insurer must provide you with multiple authorisation codes.
