Using Your Simplyhealth Insurance at Bodytonic Clinic

Bodytonic Clinic operates on a Self-Pay basis for Simplyhealth members. Because Simplyhealth is a Health Cash Plan, you settle your account at the time of your appointment and then submit your receipt to Simplyhealth to claim your money back (typically between 50% and 100% depending on your plan level).

Benefit Limits: What is your remaining annual allowance for “Combined Therapies”? Most plans have a combined annual limit for Physio, Osteo, and Chiro.
Reimbursement Percentage: Does your plan reimburse 100% of the cost, or a set percentage (e.g., 50% or 75%) up to your limit?
Sports Massage: Simplyhealth often covers Sports Massage only if it is provided by a registered Physiotherapist, Osteopath, or Chiropractor.

Will Simplyhealth pay me back the full amount?

This depends on your level of cover. While we provide the necessary receipts, Simplyhealth will only reimburse you up to your specific annual entitlement. Please check your “Table of Cover” before your visit.

Do I need a GP referral?

For the majority of Simplyhealth Cash Plans, a GP referral is not required for Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, or Chiropractic. You can book directly with us and reclaim the cost.

Are you located near Canary Wharf?

Yes. Our Canada Water clinic is just one stop from Canary Wharf on the Jubilee Line (or a short walk/ferry). Our Stratford clinic is also easily accessible via the Jubilee and Elizabeth Lines.
