Sometimes you will need pre authorisation, but simply check with Health Online Insurance or call your Health Online UK.

• Do I have to contact Health-on-line Medical Insurance before I attend my appointment?

Usually if you are not on a cash plan you would need to gain your Authorisation first?

• Do I have to contact one of the Health-on-line professionals before I book?

You would be able to pay for your treatment in clinic and then claim the costs back from the Simply healthcare UK yourself. We provide an electronic invoice after treatment which can be sent via your Health Online claim form.

• What Health-on-line Health Insurance numbers do I need to bring to my appointment?

We do not claim on your behalf.
