We provide Osteopathy and Massage treatments in Canada Water SE16, near Canary Wharf E14,  Wapping E1W & Stratford E15 (E20), London. We have a very simple Online Booking system.

FAQ’s for AXA Health Insurance:

• Do I have to visit my AXA Login before I book an appointment?

Usually you will need pre authorisation, but simply check with AXA Online or call your AXA Contact.

• Do I have to contact AXA UK before I attend my appointment?

Usually if you are not on a cash plan you would need to gain your Membership and Authorisation number first?

• Do I have to contact AXA Health Insurance Claims before I book?

Cash plans you would be able to pay for your treatment in clinic and then claim the costs back from the AXA Group.

• What AXA Life Insurance numbers do I need to bring to my appointment?

Membership and Authorisation number are required for us to be able to claim for your treatments. Each claim/ authorisation code required from your insurer can only be used once against each appointment, per day. If you require multiple areas of treatment, your insurer must provide you with multiple authorisation codes.
