Bodytonic clinic provides Aviva-approved physiotherapy at our Canada Water and Stratford locations. Canada Water is just 2-5 minutes from Canary Wharf and 5-8 minutes from London Bridge via the Jubilee Line. Our Stratford clinic is only 7-10 minutes from Liverpool Street (The City), making it ideal for commuters. To ensure your treatment is covered, you must book with our registered senior practitioners.
To claim directly through Aviva, you must provide your Membership Number and a Pre-authorisation Code before your first session. You can obtain these by contacting Aviva Health directly. Once you have booked your appointment with our approved team, we will send you a secure link to submit these details.
Currently, our partnership with Aviva is exclusively for Physiotherapy services. Osteopathy, Chiropractic, and Massage treatments at our London clinics remain self-funded. If you require a receipt to claim back via a different health cash plan, please let our reception team know.
