Rose graduated with a masters degree in Osteopathy after 5 years’ training at the British School of Osteopathy. She uses a broad range of Osteopathic principles and techniques, enabling her to treat individuals according to their specific needs. Rose is passionate about Osteopathy’s holistic approach to health care.
As a registered Osteopath, Rose undertakes regular courses in order to continue to learn and develop as an Osteopathic practitioner. With a particular interest in treating babies, children and pre- and post-partum mothers, Rose is currently finishing a 2 year Diploma at the world-recognised Osteopathic Centre for Children, where she is further developing her skills in this area.
She enjoys working with a variety of techniques tailored for each individual to allow an integrated approach to recovery.
Having previously run her own Sports Massage business in East London, Rose has established a solid reputation for pain relief and injury prevention in the local area. She uses a range of hands on techniques in Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Massage aimed to improve the health of joints and soft tissues, including articulation, mobilisation and massage. She may also provide lifestyle and postural advice, including stretches and other exercises where appropriate.
