All of our services are now OPEN. We will continue to do our best to ensure we remain COVID secure and maintain standards for the safety of our customers. In this page, we have outlined the changes we have made in order to maintain your health and safety during your time at bodytonic clinic. We will update you as best we can about all future developments.
In order to reduce the touch points within the clinic we have introduced digital forms to complete prior to your arrival in the clinic. Examples of these include our registration and medical insurance forms. We have also included a pre health COVID-19 questionnaire which all patients and customers must fill out prior to their arrival into the clinic.
If you are unable to leave your home for medical or isolation reasons or if you would like an appointment from the comfort of your own home then video call appointments are a great option for you. We can diagnose, advise and treat patients via video calls using rehabilitation exercises along with postural assessments and lifestyle advice. We also offer skin care video consultations.
Your safety is our key priority. As a result of recent government updates, we ask that you continue to wear a mask upon your arrival into the clinic and throughout your treatment. We have NHS Track and Trace QR codes distributed throughout the clinic. This makes it quick and easy for you to check into bodytonic clinic. Prior to lockdown we completed installation of automatic touch free alcohol hand gel dispensers for you to use. Please wash and sanitise your hands when you enter the clinic setting and feel free to use them when you leave as well.
In-line with Public Health England, GOsC and IO guidance, all therapists will be wearing PPE for their own safety along with yours. We will be wearing masks as well as gloves (latex free)*, aprons, and visors is required. Due to the nature of the face masks please let us know if you are having problems hearing us.
* Please always make your practitioner aware before treatment if you are allergic to latex.
We will be maintaining our high standards of cleaning within the clinic. In addition to this, each clinic room will be wiped down including all touch points (door handles, units, treatment tables, pillow cases etc). We are unfortunately unable to provide teas and coffees until further notice but we are able to provide water so please do bring in your own water bottle.
In line with government guidance we’ve made our clinic COVID secure. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment as this will help to reduce the number of people in the clinic especially during busy times. We have also installed floor stickers to help direct you and maintain social distancing. Additionally, we will have all of this information distributed throughout the clinic and on our TV screens.
As with most businesses we are embracing the cashless society however this will also help to reduce the touch points within the clinic. You can now pay with PayWave up to £100 (increased from £45) and since October 2021 have been accepting American Express (so that you can collect all your air miles!). COVID-19 has changed the way we all work. We have made all changes needed in the clinic in-line with government guidance. Our governing body (GOsC & iO) policies and procedures will develop and adapt going forward so please be mindful and understanding whilst we make and introduce these changes.
