Magdalena (Magda) Czerwiec-Pichlińska

Magda is a Foot Health Practitioner qualified at SMAE Institute, one of the oldest institutions of Podiatry and Chiropody. Founded in 1919 today is collaborating with Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. Magda is a member of Open College of Foot Health Professionals (MCFHP) and The British Association of Foot Health Professionals (MAFHP).

Serving the Greater London Community for a few years she noticed that foot care is one of the most important issues of general well-being.

“We spend most of the time on feet, so taking care of their comfort and health is a basic need”.

Magda decided to study the subject to be able to diagnose the problem, treat, advice and bring relief. Starting from neurovascular assessment, through all sorts of treatments and medications, ending with self-care advice Magda is able to recognise, help, prevent or correct the condition. If necessary she refers the patient to the relevant professionals.

Pain or discomfort in the feet can be caused by many different things including built-up callus, corns, neurological problems, gait pattern, different nail conditions. Foot Health Practitioner’s role is to eliminate what can be eliminated and correct what needs to be corrected. Magda’s aim is to treat the issue and maintain feet as healthy and comfortable as possible.
