After several years of practicing yoga Katie decided to become a qualified massage therapist and graduated from the Classical College of Massage in 2017.
She thinks broadly and holistically about her clients, incorporating an array of techniques borrowed from her various and ongoing training, and prioritises the care and rehabilitation of her clients from their ailments.
Katie aspires to develop her practice further, becoming qualified in Bowen Therapy, to assist clients with mobility and co-ordination difficulties.
Alongside her massage she is becoming qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist and aims to incorporate body work in to her practice in the future, borrowing elements of massage to assist her clients where appropriate.
She hopes her practice continues to educate her clients about their bodies and will assist in bringing awareness to imbalances and ultimately facilitate the body’s natural ability to restore itself.
