How to Redeem
Ready to treat yourself? You can swap your points for credit towards treatments at Bodytonic Clinic! Every 100 points equals £1 – so, 1000 points? That’s £10 in your pocket! Just book online like usual, and when you arrive, let us know you’d like to use your points. We’ll sort the rest and apply your credit. Simple as that!
- Points can only be redeemed towards treatments and products and not memberships, courses, discounted treatments or insurance appointments and excesses.
- A minimum of 1,000 points (£10) must be redeemed per visit.
- The maximum redemption allowed per visit is 10,000 points (£100).
- Points can only be redeemed by the account holder and are non-transferable.
- Points cannot be used to pay for insurance appointments or insurance excesses.

Terms and Conditions (Because Even Loyalty Needs Rules)
We know, reading terms and conditions isn’t exactly thrilling – but hey, it’s good for your health! Well, maybe not, but at least you’ll know the rules:
- Points can’t be used to pay for memberships, packages, discounted treatments, insurance appointments or excesses. Sorry, those are outside the points zone.
- Points / bonus points cannot be earned when choosing insurance, membership or packages, or some discounts.
- Points are non-transferable – you earned them, you keep them. Sharing is great, but not when it comes to your rewards!
- Rewards have no cash value. No point hoarding dreams of converting points into a new car or a holiday. It’s strictly for treatments and products.
- Points are valid for 12 months. Use them or lose them – like that gym membership you swore you’d use.
- We reserve the right to change the rules (we promise it won’t be too often). But don’t worry, your points will still be valid.
