Originally from Lithuania, Kristina moved to England in 2009 to pursue her education and build a career rooted in her lifelong passion for beauty and wellness. From an early age, she had a strong interest in skincare and therapeutic treatments, always drawn to the idea of helping others feel good about themselves. Her natural curiosity and caring nature led her to explore the world of beauty therapy, where she quickly discovered a deep sense of fulfilment in making a positive impact on people’s lives.

Shortly after arriving in the UK, Kristina enrolled at West Herts College in Watford. There, she completed NVQ Levels 1, 2, and 3 in Beauty Therapy and Holistic Treatments, gaining extensive training in a wide range of treatments, including massage, facials, waxing, aromatherapy, and more advanced skincare techniques. These qualifications laid a strong professional foundation and confirmed that she had found her true calling in the wellness industry.
Over the following years, Kristina built up a diverse portfolio of experience as a beauty and massage therapist, working in salons, spas, and a specialist skin clinic. These roles allowed her to work with clients from a broad range of backgrounds, helping them achieve their wellness goals through tailored, results-focused treatments. Whether offering a deeply relaxing massage or advising on skincare regimes, Kristina consistently delivered a warm, personalised, and professional service, earning the trust and loyalty of many returning clients.
As she grew in experience, Kristina began to feel a strong desire to further challenge herself professionally and take on greater responsibility. In 2020, she returned to formal education and began studying for a degree in Business Management at a London university. Now in the final year of her course, she has developed valuable skills in leadership, operations, finance, and organisational strategy, skills that have complemented her background in therapy and equipped her for senior roles within the wellness sector.
Kristina joined Bodytonic as a therapist, where her skills and positive attitude quickly stood out. Her ability to connect with clients, work collaboratively with colleagues, and demonstrate initiative made her a trusted and respected team member. Recognising her potential, Bodytonic offered her the opportunity to step into a managerial position, one that would combine her deep understanding of client care with her growing expertise in business operations.
Now, as Practice Manager, Kristina oversees the smooth running of the clinic’s day-to-day operations, supports and mentors the therapy team, and ensures that every client receives exceptional service. Her previous hands-on experience as a therapist gives her a strong understanding of treatment delivery and client expectations, while her academic knowledge allows her to contribute to strategy, planning, and process improvement. She acts as a bridge between the clinic’s front-line services and its broader business goals, helping to drive continuous improvement and team development.
Kristina is passionate about maintaining high standards and creating a positive, professional environment where both clients and staff feel supported. She works closely with the team to uphold Bodytonic’s values of care, consistency, and excellence. Whether it’s introducing more efficient systems, mentoring junior staff, or responding to client feedback, she approaches each task with commitment and a problem-solving mindset.
Fluent in Lithuanian, Russian, and English, Kristina is able to connect with a diverse range of clients. She believes that clear, compassionate communication is essential in building trust and comfort, particularly in a wellness setting where personal care and emotional well-being are closely linked. Her multilingual abilities have proven to be a significant asset, allowing her to build meaningful relationships and provide inclusive, culturally sensitive service.
Outside of her professional role, Kristina leads a dynamic and active lifestyle. She has a strong passion for travel and enjoys exploring new countries and cultures whenever she can. Staying physically active is also a big part of her personal wellbeing, she regularly hikes, goes to the gym, and participates in team sports. She believes that physical activity and mental wellness go hand in hand, and she draws on this holistic perspective in both her personal life and her approach to work.
Kristina is a strong advocate of lifelong learning and personal development. She actively seeks out new skills, stays up to date with industry trends, and takes time to reflect on how she can improve and grow. Whether it’s fine-tuning operational processes, enhancing client experience, or supporting a colleague’s development, she consistently brings a mindset of growth, curiosity, and excellence to her role.
Looking ahead, Kristina is excited about the opportunities that lie within the wellness industry. She is eager to continue developing as a leader, building on her business acumen, and taking on new challenges that allow her to make a meaningful contribution. Her long-term goal is to blend her passion for holistic client care with effective practice management, helping to shape the future of wellness services in a way that is thoughtful, inclusive, and forward-thinking.
At Bodytonic, Kristina has found a professional home where she feels empowered, valued, and inspired. She is proud to be part of a team that shares her dedication to quality, client care, and continuous improvement, and she looks forward to continuing her journey as both a leader and a passionate advocate for health and well-being.
